Amanda and Julie actually met as camp counselors at Camp Roger, so it was only fitting that they would get married there. I’d done their engagement session there earlier in the year, and they excitedly told me about all of the places that were special to them. I was able to incorporate many of these places into both their engagement session, as well as their wedding photos. The day turned out to be a perfect fall day, with the trees looking beautiful all around. During the ceremony, everyone sung praise and worship hymns and right as the minister was doing the blessing, a spotlight of light was actually shining down through the trees right on Julie and Amanda. It was one of the most peaceful and spiritual ceremonies I think I have ever photographed. <3
